My items are all crocheted in a smoke free and pet friendly home. I do have a dog, but he isn't allowed in the house!
I expect payment by paypal within 2 days of purchasing. If I do not receive payment the purchased item will be relisted.
I ship my items by USPS. I accept paypal as payment. If you want insurance there will be an extra charge. Please convo me for details.
Your satisfaction is my goal. If you are unsatisfied with my work, you can return the item for a full refund minus the shipping. The item must be returned unused and in excellent condition, as I have sent it to you within seven days of receiving the product. If it is used or stained in any way I will not refund your money.
